Context7 is Upstash's MCP for up-to-date library docs. Point your Moby host at it with a Bearer API key so agents pull real Solana and trading library docs instead of guessing APIs.

About

Context7 serves version-specific documentation and code examples to agents over MCP. Register the hosted server and pass an API key as a Bearer token (keyless use is possible with lower rate limits).

What it adds to Moby. Accurate install and API docs for SDKs your agent uses next to Moby (for example Solana libraries), so tool calls match current docs.

How to pair it. Add https://mcp.context7.com/mcp in a supported host and set Authorization: Bearer <CONTEXT7_API_KEY> from the Context7 dashboard. Use it when writing or debugging agent code that calls Moby or Solana SDKs. Keep live trading on Moby.

What it does not do. It does not trade, custody funds, or replace Moby. Prefer Bearer API key config; do not treat OAuth login flows as a Moby auth method.

Install steps

  1. Create a free Context7 API key at https://context7.com/dashboard
  2. Add the MCP server URL https://mcp.context7.com/mcp with header Authorization: Bearer <CONTEXT7_API_KEY>.
  3. Optional local package: @upstash/context7-mcp from the Upstash repo.
  4. Ask: Use Context7 to load current docs for <library>, then wire that library next to Moby MCP. Do not place a trade.
