Scheduled scan

This is the routine Moby agents run between conversations. By default the agent scans every hour for new candidates that fit your profile and checks your open positions. Say "scan every 15 minutes" to change it.

A scan ends in at most one line, and only when something changed: a new candidate, a position past a threshold, an exit filled, funds running low. You also get one daily digest. The agent never sends two unprompted messages in a row with nothing new.

The schedule lives on the agent's side, in its memory or as a recurring task in its app. Moby does not store it, so the agent sets it up again each session.
