DefiLlama's public API exposes TVL, protocol, and chain stats so your agent can size Solana DeFi context next to Moby, with no key for open endpoints.

About

DefiLlama publishes open REST endpoints for protocol TVL, chains, and related DeFi metrics at api.llama.fi. Public reads need no API key. A separate Pro API exists for paid tiers; this listing is for the public research surface.

What it adds to Moby. Macro DeFi context (TVL by protocol or chain, including Solana) your agent can fetch while Moby covers token, wallet, and execution workflows.

How to pair it. Call public endpoints such as /protocols, /v2/chains, or /protocol/<slug>. Use the numbers for research and sizing. Keep live swaps on Moby.

What it does not do. It does not execute trades or custody funds. Do not treat DefiLlama as a trading terminal.

  2. Call public endpoints such as GET https://api.llama.fi/protocols or GET https://api.llama.fi/protocol/jupiter (no key for public reads).
  3. Use TVL and protocol stats for research beside Moby. Keep execution on Moby.
  4. Ask: Pull Solana-related TVL from DefiLlama for <protocol> and summarize changes. Do not trade.
